Norris Hill

Norris Hill taught English and German at the high school level for 10 years, serving as a department chair, and as an adjunct professor of English at the community college level for 17 years. He also spent 17 years as an assistant principal of high school, as well as principal of middle school, junior high, and as a high school unit principal. He was transferred to the district office as magnet school curriculum coordinator, becoming the manager and grant writer, and MSAP grant director. He was actively involved with Magnet Schools of America since 1988, serving as a director in 1991 – 1994, Vice President for Conference Planning in 1994-1995, Chairman of the 1995 National MSA Conference in San Jose, President-Elect in 1995-1996, President in 1996-1998, and Immediate Past President 1998-2000.
