POLICIES:
Room charges will include a resort fee of $20 per room plus applicable taxes. Maximum occupancy is four persons per room. Additional fees may apply for more than two adults, anyone older than 18. An adult is defined as an individual 18 years of age or older; those younger stay for free. Additional fees may include but are not limited to additional guest fee, pet fee, parking fee, rollaway bed fee and other fees that apply outside of the nightly rate. Must be 21 years or older to check-in. Children under 12 years of age stay for free.

Valid credit card required at check-in includes a nightly $50 incidental deposit in addition to any pending charges. No outside food or beverages allowed inside the guest rooms. Personal coolers are not permitted into guest rooms unless they are required for dietary or medical reasons.

TAX POLICY:
Room Rates shown do not include 13.38% Hotel Room Tax (subject to change). Total room charges will include all room fees and taxes but not any applicable resort fees. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation of reservation must occur by March 15, 2022 to avoid being charged a penalty of the first night’s room and tax. 

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY:
A deposit equal to the first night of room and tax will be charged on March 15, 2022*. A method of payment for any remaining room and tax, resort fees and $50 per night incidentals will be required at time of check in. The credit or debit card used to reserve your reservation is required upon arrival. If this card is not present at check in, the applied deposit will be refunded and a new form of payment will be collected. 

A deposit equal to the first night of room and tax will be charged upon booking the reservation.*

If paying by: 
CHECK: Checks for complete stay must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
CREDIT CARD: Credit card authorization forms must be received no later than 10 days prior to arrival.
– Credit cards used to guarantee reservation will be refunded once the credit card authorization form is processed.
– Checks will not be accepted onsite during check in.

POLICIES:
Room charges will include a daily resort fee of $37 per room plus applicable taxes. The above rates are per guestroom, per night, single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to applicable resort fees and governmental room taxes. Each additional person will be charged at a rate of $30.00 per person, per night with a maximum of four (4) persons per guestroom.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night’s guestroom and tax charge. If reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, the first night’s guestroom and tax charge, per guestroom, will be billed immediately to the cardholder’s account. Any reservations made via the telephone call center will be assessed a fee of $15.00 plus current sales tax, per reservation. This fee will not apply to reservations made via the internet.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The hotel requires a 72-hour cancellation policy prior to the arrival date and the guest may then cancel the reservation with no penalties.  However, if the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival date, the guest will forfeit their deposit of the first night’s room and tax.  When booked within 3 days, cancellations will be allowed, but the guest will forfeit the first night’s room and tax deposit.
